Brisket is a cut of beef that is preferably for slow cooking. It’s unique characteristics it that it holds it shape after being slowly cooked.

Jeff Fritz makes an amazing brisket, with all the flavors and a hint of love.

Here is a recipe, straight forward and easy to make at home with all the ingredients found in your local liberty delight corner market.

Ingredients listed are
•brisket
•Fratelli Montova
• Zoup! Zoup beef base bone broth
• Jeff Fritz Primal Herb & Sweet & Smokey bbq style rub

How to prepare, first we prep and trim the excess fat from the outside, but also leave a thin layer to keep the meat from drying out during the long cook.

Apply Jeff Fritz primal dry rub along with other flavors you like. Rub generously on all sides of the brisket, press it firmly into the meat.

Sear meat firmly into a skillet or grill, add a thick layer of Wagyu beef tallow to lock in flavor.

Add meat to the slow cooker with The Elderberry Cabin Raw honey and Zoup! beef base bone broth to complement the flavor of the beef.

Let sit in a slow cooker for up to 5 hours to get tender, 1.5 hrs in a pressure cooker.

Serve with your favorite side.
