IMPORTANT NOTICE – FEDERAL ACCESS POLICY
Las Calles De Chihuahua / La Que Manda
To maintain a safe, respectful, and properly managed environment for our customers and staff, we are posting this notice publicly as a clear policy for both Las Calles De Chihuahua and La Que Manda.
ICE, DHS, or any federal officers / agents are NOT permitted to enter either establishment unless they have written consent directly from the owner.
This includes entry into:
• Customer areas
• Employee-only areas
• Back rooms / offices
• Kitchens, storage, and restricted spaces
✅ Only the owner can provide written authorization for entry.
❌ Employees, team members, or managers do NOT have permission to give consent or allow access to either business under any circumstance.
If any officer or agent arrives on-site, our staff will remain professional and respectful, but will immediately refer them to the owner before allowing any access, questions, searches, or entry into non-public areas.
We appreciate everyone’s cooperation and understanding as we follow proper procedures and protect the rights of our business, employees, and customers.
