Blessed with Zest Foods We make Classic Southern Pimiento Cheese In the South, Pimiento Cheese is a staple to have for every occasion! Therefore, Blessed with Zest Foods was born!

Having grown up in NC enjoying my grandmother's and mother's pimiento cheese, my husband and I decided we couldn't keep the delicious stuff a secret anymore! We want to let everyone else enjoy it as much as we do! We are a local NC company, based here in Charlotte, and we make small batch Classic Southern Pimiento Cheese! Everything is hand made with love. The Original recipe is based on my "Mama

G.'s" recipe from around 1957, and we have 4 other flavors to try! All of the cheese that we use is locally made in the Mountains of Western NC, and we produce everything right here in Charlotte! We are sure that it will become a staple in your home too!

The Original recipe is based on my "Mama G.'s" recipe from around 1957, and we have 4 other flavors to try! All of the cheese that we use is locally made in the Mountains of Western NC, and we produce everything right here in Charlotte! We are sure that it will become a staple in your home too!
