We try focus on light Italian cuisine and a perfect example is our Fusilli with Shrimp, Pesto, Chili, Spinach, Parmigiano and Tomatoes with our First Press Olive Oil. Italian cuisine doesn’t need to be heavy and that’s our focus. Until it’s Osso Buco season of course when things get slightly heavier and I can’t wait for it. We have a new toy. Check this out. Sealed with micro perforations and ready to pop in the oven up to 400°. You don’t even have to poke a hole in the top, and it’s FDA approved. Keep an eye out for our online ordering of some of favorite Bongiorno & Son and Pranzo favorites.
