Our Story

Located at the entrance to the historic Town of Purcellville, 8 miles west of Leesburg and 48 miles west of Washington, DC, Purcellville Gateway sits on 16 acres and features stunning architecture in keeping with Purcellville’s celebrated past as the commercial gateway to western Loudoun County.

With its history being tied to agriculture, this mixed-use development was modeled after an old farm and is anchored by a state-of-the-art 53,000 square foot Harris Teeter grocery store. In keeping with the historic nature of the development, the existing farm house, barn and silo were reused to become new, exciting retail uses.
