Thanks for the poultry and meats today Lothar Erbe , the chicken came out fantastic , it was the size of mini turkey (7lbs) , can’t get that at Wegmans or Whole Foods
Recipe - salt/pepper, thyme, butter in the Dutch oven , 350 degrees for 1.5 hours, the last hour is uncovered for crisp skin. Simple but perfection. (Credit to the chef Alina Tkachova )
We’d just ate steak fajitas that started with tri tip from Lothar. Umm that was really good and the best new is we have enough steak left to make Philly Cheesesteaks later in the week. Thanks Lothar, almost time to come back and stock the freezer again.
I have been coming here for years. Talking Football with Lothar. Mindfulness with June and generally have grown to love them both. Now they are doing the meat box donation for people affected by the quarantine and I am truly touched by the over the top kindness. Everybody help these unsung heroes of our community

Well...what can I say? I stopped in for a 5 pack of Weißwürste yesterday, and also picked up a bottle of Händlmaier sweet mustard that Lothar is now carrying as part of his inventory. Heated up a few of these for breakfast this morning along with an ice cold Aventinus. OH BABY!!!!!!!!!!! Lothar has brought Munich RIGHT HERE to your own backyard in Loudoun County!!!!!!!!! It's the genuine real deal here, WITHOUT QUESTION! I felt like I was in the Hofbräuhaus!!!!! Well done Lothar!!! PROST! ❤️🍺😋🇧🇪👍
