🌽🚜 From Our Farm to the School Table! 🥕🍅

We loved being part of this awesome Farm to Fork experience at Franklin School of Innovation! Congratulations to the lucky Bobcats who were selected in a drawing for having perfect attendance and earned the opportunity to be Chefs for the Day! 👩‍🍳👨‍🍳

We were proud to provide farm-fresh vegetables from DiTomaso Farms for this special meal and give students a chance to see how fresh, local produce makes its way from the farm to their table!

Franklin Principal Mrs. DiTomaso-Junkman was excited to be part of this awesome statewide initiative, bringing agriculture, education, and hands-on learning together. ❤️🌱

We love seeing our local kids learn where their food comes from! 🚜🌽

Each October, a statewide initiative connects students with Colorado-grown and Colorado-raised foods while teaching them about agriculture, nutrition, and the people behind their meals.
