We specialize in botique breeds of animals, which are not bred for larger scale farms, including Scottish Highland Cattle, Shetland Sheep and Bantam Chickens. We chose animals that fit our land, which is windy and flat, but very viable for grass production. We also chose these breeds for their unique characteristics, large their smaller body structure. When it is available throughout the year, we
