Bevus isn’t feeling to great… so he’s in the warm garage. I’m currently tending to his pecking order injury’s which include a bloody wing and a bloody comb. These chickens are brutal to who used to be their protector.

Bevus used to be notorious for spurring anyone who came into the coop other than his girls. He also was the first one to crow in the morning. Haven’t heard him crow in a while which tells me he isn’t doing good.
