Good evening folks, I'm sorry I haven't posted the results of the swap meet & flea market last weekend. I've had a severe earache. Without a penny from any government entity or help from any government officials. We gave West Side fire department a $200.50 cash donation. The other charities we're given Bank money orders today. Ashton Blake Stephenson scholarship/Carrollton ROTARY $209.00,
Hopps Inc $70.00, Cove Hill Baptist Church $90.00, Haven of Hope $90.00
Thanks again to all the folks, and business's that helped make this event happen. Friday was a terrible day because of the weather. Saturday was unbelievable for a first time event. It was packed. I know some people talked about how the event wouldn't happen and that it would be a flop. Well all I can say is "Promise made, Promise kept"
The events were a lot of fun. Children and adults who entered the games had a great time. I hope if you didn't make it out this time that you'll be at the event labor day weekend.

Thank you to everyone who has helped get the Chandler Chevrolet & American Legion #41 Animal Swap Meet & Flea Market event going. It's been a lot of work in a short amount of time. But it's turning out better than we thought. I could use a couple more volunteers if any one is interested. Please let me know.
If you're bringing animals make sure you follow all guidelines of the Ky department of Agriculture. We want to have a safe swap as well as a successful swap. If you bring goats make sure it has its tag in it's ear. If you bring anything to sell you must have your identification. Rabbits must have a CVI because of the hemorrhagic disease that is going around. Dogs and cats need to be vet checked an current on their vaccinations. I hope to see you folks and remember to bring a chair or blanket for the music show Friday and Saturday nights from 7PM to 9PM.

Thanks EasyGo Waste Management for your generosity in providing outhouses and hand washing stations for the Chandler Chevrolet & American Legion #41 Animal Swap Meet & Flea Market at Jr Welch's Flea Market @ 202 Donna Cir in Prestonville Ky May 6th, 7th and 8th from 11AM until 7PM Friday and Saturday 11AM until 4PM Sunday. I went to William Henry with a couple hundred dollars and asked if he could help us out and as always he stepped up and helped us out.
