The Amish truly are the salt of the earth.

Watching these young men work today reminded me what hard work, humility, and character look like. No complaining, no shortcuts—just honest labor, respect for one another, and a willingness to do the job right. In a world that often moves too fast, they remind us of the value of faith, family, craftsmanship, and a strong work ethic.

These are the kind of people who show up early, work until the job is done, and take pride in every board they set and every nail they drive. Their integrity speaks louder than words.

We are blessed to have such hardworking folks in our community. The Amish way of life is a reminder that some of the most important things in life can’t be bought—character, honesty, humility, and a willingness to serve others.

Hello to all of our wonderful customers! 💚

We’ve been hearing some recent speculation about what’s happening with our store, so we wanted to clear things up.

No, we’re not closing.
No, we’re not relocating.
We’re doing something even better! 🎉

Over the past year, we’ve been working hard to make JB’s an even better place to shop. From reorganizing our products and upgrading our cooler system to refreshing our checkout area, we’ve been making improvements every step of the way.

Today marks the beginning of our biggest project yet, we’re giving our storefront a brand new awning! We believe in improving from the inside out, and we’re excited to continue creating the best shopping experience possible for our amazing community.

We will reopen with our regular business hours on Thursday with a big restock on all your favorite products, and fresh produce! In the meantime, we’ll be hard at work bringing this exciting new look to JB’s.

Thank you for your continued support, patience, and loyalty. We can’t wait to show you what’s coming! ❤️
