After more than 35 years in the meat cutting business, we’re proud to recognize and celebrate Alfred as he begins a well-earned retirement.
For many years, Alfred was the backbone of our San Antonio meat department. His knowledge of the trade was second to none, and he always seemed to know every trick in the book. More importantly, he was eager to share that knowledge with others, helping teach and mentor those around him.
Alfred took great pride in his craft and genuinely cared about delivering quality work every day. His dedication, experience, and friendship have left a lasting mark on our team and our customers.
Thank you, Alfred, for your years of hard work, loyalty, and commitment. You will be greatly missed, but we’re excited for you as you begin this new chapter.
