Today is market day! 7 to 1 in Deering Oaks Park. We have sweet potatoes, potatoes, salad, eggs, meats, cheese, herbal potions, hot sauce, plants, apples, pears, bagels, c***r, flowers, dried bouquets, honey, pizzelles and more!

We loved seeing our friend and local artist Sara Cannon and her family shopping at the market yesterday! Sara created a series of wonderful illustrations for the market that we use in a variety of ways including market posters and signs, plus prints on tote bags, stickers, and postcards. They are available for purchase at the Market Info Booth and the proceeds (of any of the items we sell at the booth) supports our Food Access Program!

We do fundraising year round to support the program, which helps our neighbors facing food insecurity access fresh local foods, while also supporting our Maine farmers❤️

We hope you’ll stop by the Info Booth and buy a tote bag or sticker, become a Friend of the Market, a program sponsor, or make a donation☺️

🍎SNAP/EBT is DOUBLED at the Market Info Booth, and markets are open Wednesdays & Saturdays in Deering Oaks Park through Nov 25th. We’re open 7am-1pm in October and 8am-1pm in November. We move indoors on Saturdays starting Dec 5th.

Our farmers are so diversified and work all types of weather to bring the very best to their market tables. Oysters, mushrooms, so many veggies, herbs, flowers, cheeses, all the meats, pasta, ferments, jams, so many choices for your family.

Wednesday is market day for us in Deering Oaks Park, so come out and bask in all the fall goodness! There will be fruit and veg, flowers, meats and cheeses, pasta and bread and so much more! 7-1 in the park.

Market is outdoors in Deering Oaks Park Wednesdays and Saturdays through November 25th. For the month of November, we open at 8am instead of 7am to gain a little light and help with the cold!

We take a tiny break in between our market seasons, and our indoor, Winter Farmers’ Market begins December 5th and runs every Saturday, 9am-1pm, through the winter (closed 12/26/26), inside the gym at 631 Stevens Ave.

Join us in Deering Oaks tomorrow, Saturday, from 7 to 1 for another beautiful day at Market. Fall is definitely upon us and it is reflected on our farmers tables. Pumpkins and gourds galore, sweet potatoes, brussel sprouts, squash, apples, dried flowers, all of your fall favorites!

Worth the Wait Farm is expanding their product offerings to now providing goat meat! Check in with them for more info.
October hours stay at 7 to 1 - November hours move to an 8 am start time. Outside markets continue every Saturday and Wednesday through November 25th.
