This new flavor from is a WINNER! If you aren’t familiar with Mahleb, it is a spice derived from the ground inner pit of St. Lucie Cherries. It brings a warm, nutty quality, a touch of cherry flavor, and slightest hint of vanilla to the seltzer. Paired with more cherry and a hint of almond extract, the final product is both refreshing and deeply comforting. Grab a can next time you’re in the shop!

"Suncatcher". A cheese I've been very excited to have in our shop!

Sunshine, captured in pasture, eaten by happy cows, distilled from fluid milk to young cheese, and aged in a state-of-the-art underground cellar.

This gorgeous wheel is the kind of cheese I love as the weather (slowly...) changes. It's supple yet bendy, with a light dried fruit and clarified butter deliciousness. Not nearly as big and brothy as many alpine and cooked/pressed cheeses of the world... And that's what I love about it.

This is a cheese you grab a big ol' wedge of, and use it for everything. Entertaining, nourishing, melting, late-night snacking, or throwing slices to the kiddos while you figure out what to cook for dinner.

Buy a bunch. We have a bunch, because you should too.

From Vermont Shepherd, the aptly named "Verano" is a one-of-a-kind cheese. The farmstead pasture the sheep graze on resonates through this cheese, sharing notes of clover, thyme, salty toasted nuts, and a light herbaceous springiness that is unmistakably unique to Major Family Farm.

A true American original that is worthy of any cheese plate. It loves playful, light jams, dark chocolate, crusty breads, and most wines.

It's not hyperbole when I say "this is the cheese I daydream most about". The idea of this cheese makes my heart swell.

WE HAVE ARRIVED!

It's May! Cold days are behind us, and we are jam-packed with Fromage Américain!

We have many friends in cheese, and increasingly so, they are from our beautiful states! These are the folks I chat cheese with, make cheese with, aged cheese with, eat cheese with, and share a beverage with.

Glory be to the cheese makers! Without them, we wouldn't exist.
