In acknowledgement of Queen Elizabeth II's lifelong service and dedication to Britain and around the world, I wanted to share with market goers Lake Oswego Farmers' Market what a truly remarkable person the Queen was. Many people thanked me and commented what a truly gracious Queen she was and how she will be missed all over the world. Even though America is my home my British roots are very strong. I am happy to be able to share my culture and heritage through my business of making small batch Chutneys. Recipes that have been passed down and still stand the test of time

Wonderful to be out sampling again New Seasons Market brand new Palisades location. Had the most amazing experience. This young customer comes up to me and starts chatting and asks me if I like to drink coffee, I'm always open to conversing with my customers so I said, actually I'm a tea drinker, he smiled at me and I continued with my sampling. A short while later he appears with a big container of iced tea and some chocolate and said thank you, I appreciate you and all your work, Bless! Such a beautiful and thoughtful gesture it certainly lifted my spirits 😊

So much cooler today, people were out enjoying the cool breeze and overcast weather. Chutneys were super popular, perfect for grilling, BBQ, add to salads or serve with cheese and charcuterie

Having cheese and chutney is like having jam and toast - they are meant for each other! Pair a strong Irish cheddar with a delicious and fruity Apricot and Cardamom Chutney. Great as a snack with crackers or serve the chutney on a cheese and charcuterie board! It's a winner
