A celebration of local food, passionate people and the connections that bring us together. 💚🌱

This past weekend, we had the pleasure of supporting Sagra del Radicchio e Fagioli, a celebration of radicchio, beans and the farmers, chefs, plant breeders and makers bringing these incredible ingredients to the table.

From discovering the flavors of the winter harvest to connecting with the people behind our regional food system, it was a wonderful reminder of what makes the Pacific Northwest food community so special.

We’re proud to have been a sponsor of this year’s celebration and grateful to Culinary Breeding Network 💗 by Lane Selman, and everyone who helped bring this gathering to life.

🌰 From pistachio to jar, there’s a lot of intention behind .

Co-founders Francine and Nico thoughtfully source their pistachios directly from the farmer, then turn them into Pistakio’s signature spreads—including their crunchy variety made with crushed pistachios and quinoa puffs.

What started as a college project has grown into a local business with production now based in Salem, Oregon, supported by a community that values local makers and the care behind what they create. 💚
