It has been a while since I promoted Creative Abili -Tea . Busy with life and work, we've coasted along with a kid occasionally having a burst of creativity that produced more product. This week, Hayden had a turning point moment: a burst of creativity that was her coping mechanism in a difficult moment. She had a deep desire to share that victory with the world and encourage others. It reminded me that THIS is why we do Creative Abili-Tea. 🩷

Come see us at booth W15 at The Painted Tree in Kingwood! We have all kinds of handmade goodies, favorite things we've found, and wonderful sewn items by a very talented grandmother who keeps the booth afloat so that these special needs kiddos have an outlet for the wonderful things they make!

When we say long term fosters...

Today the cat we have fostered the longest went to his furrever home! 🥳. He had been with us for 5 1/2 YEARS and just FROZE at adoption events. He is the biggest, fattest, snuggliest feline I've ever encountered. His new mommy is so lucky!

Big thanks to Wags to Whiskers of Texas' community foster program and Ron McCuen!

Pepper Jack was part of the "original cat lady starter pack", a home school unit study/service project where we bottle fed an orphaned litter of kittens. It's turned into an ongoing love affair with kitten rescue!
