Caledonia Market Caledonia Market is a small, locally based grocery store in Portage, Wisconsin.

The goal of our store is to provide locally sourced products for our customers and to provide local producers with a local avenue to market their products.

A bit of an update after being on a brief hiatus- only because social media might be my least favorite part of this whole deal 🙃

🔹 we got first crop put up from our rental ground a couple weeks ago! Lots of good cow feed!

🔹 we got our second batch of meat chicks last week- the first batch gets processed next week already!

🔹 daily moves are going great and the pastures are growing nicely!

Now, for the thing that you need to know, we are expecting our second child in August and will be closing down the storefront for about 2 months when that happens!

What you can do during that time to still get our products- sign up for our subscription box! We will still be delivering our boxes once a month.

The sign up will open again in August for September deliveries! Reach out if you’d like to get on the list or have any questions!

We also picked up some cheese curds when we got our cheese order today!

We have good news and not so good news 🫢🙃

The good news (actually pretty awesome news) is that we are lucky enough to be stocking beef from Wilkinson Farms to keep our shelves full!

As many have noticed, our beef shelves have been very low the last few weeks and we recently sold out of almost all our beef. We are so thankful to be stocking Wilkinson beef until we can get more of our own!

Now for the not so exciting news, we are sold out of milk for the weekend but will be getting more this Friday!
