😋😋😋 Mushrooms Reach

🍄 Lion’s Mane Mushroom Steak! 🍄

Who knew mushrooms could look this much like steak! 🥩

Here's how I made mine. Super simple and absolutely delicious!

Marinade:

- 1 cup cold water
- Salt
- Beetroot powder (for that beautiful steak-like color!)
- A splash of red w**e
- Soy sauce
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder

How to make it:

1. Trim the base if needed, keeping the mushroom whole.
2. Place in a hot frying pan and press down with another heavy pan to flatten the mushroom and release moisture. Cook until nicely browned on both sides.
3. Remove from the heat and place in your marinade to soak up all those flavors.
4. Finish on a hot grill, searing both sides for that beautiful color and smoky flavor.
5. Serve with your favorite salad and sauce!

I served mine with a creamy garlic sauce and cilantro pesto. 🌿
