Port Jervis is hosting the singlespeed world championship and Port Provisions has teamed up with NYK Woodworks and NeverLost Adventures to provide the first *5* people who spend $100 or more in store at Port Provisions at UpFront Exhibition Space (31 Jersey Ave) will take home one of these limited edition, commemorative Singlespeed Boards!

Meet Parmesan’s grandpa: 🧀 SBRINZ🧀

The recipe for this aged Swiss cheese is thought to be the basis of Parmesan. It is similarly grainy and rich, but a little smoother and easy to cut! Use in similar ways to Parmesan – grate over pasta dishes or serve as a snack with prosciutto

📣 CHEESE WORKSHOP ALERT 📣

Join us at UpFront Exhibition Space the Thursday before Halloween to build your own Halloween themed cheeseboard!

You will be provided with all the materials you need to craft a complete board (with or without meat) perfect for Halloween gatherings or seasonal snacking!

We will discuss principles of building a cheeseboard, share some tips and tricks on presentation and theming, and you will take your creation home with you at the end of the night
