Just received today’s sap report from the Boss. Looks like a short boiling day. We’ll be boiling from 1pm-4pm. All lovers of syrup are invited to stop out and see the process today!

First boil of the season! 10.5 cases of early season syrup finished last night. AND, we were in the house by 6pm. That’s a record! Bill’s new RO system is so efficient and the evaporator was able to keep up. This year when you buy syrup we won’t have tired bags under our eyes! 👀

We are here at the Davenport Farmers Market...and I’m wearing the ugly maple sweater! 🍁 It’s chilly but not near as cold as it will be in December when there are no outdoor farmers markets to attend. So throw on an ugly sweater and come see us!
