🥬 From Seed to Jar: Sauerkraut!
There is nothing quite like the satisfaction of watching a crop go from a tiny seed in the soil to a delicious, nutrient-dense jar on the kitchen counter.
Our cabbage is grown from seed, shredded fine, and salted to create a traditional fermentation packed full of gut-healthy probiotics. It’s crisp, perfectly tart, and the ultimate topping for summer brats, burgers, or straight out of the jar.
We love finding ways to preserve our seasonal harvests so nothing goes to waste.
🐓Even our flock eats the outer leaves and core right up! 🦆
