🎆 Fireworks Are Prohibited in Ponce Inlet & on Volusia County Beaches

As we approach the holiday season, please remember that the use of fireworks is strictly prohibited in Ponce Inlet and on all Volusia County beaches (Town Ordinance 2004-05).

This prohibition helps protect our local wildlife, including nesting shorebirds and sea turtles, while also reducing stress on pets that can become frightened and disoriented by loud explosions.

We also encourage everyone to be mindful of our veterans and others living with PTSD, for whom unexpected fireworks can be deeply distressing.

Let's celebrate responsibly and help keep our community safe for residents, visitors, wildlife, and pets.
