Here’s another great drink recipe to enjoy this weekend — light, zesty, and totally refreshing: Sgroppino al Limone! Perfect as a pre-dinner aperitif or a cool treat on a warm day.

Ingredients:
- 3 tbsp lemon sorbet
- 1/2 oz vodka
- 1 oz Prosecco
- Lemon wedge (for garnish)

Directions:
1. Scoop the lemon sorbet, Prosecco, and vodka into a small bowl and whisk until smooth.
