Good morning, friends! We hope you all found a way to stay cool and enjoy yourselves during the warm weekend — summer sure made itself known!

Recipe of the Week:
Grilled steak salad 🌿 — tender, marinated steak is char-grilled, let to rest, then sliced thin against the grain. Tossed with crisp greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion, and finished with a bright lemon-herb vinaigrette. Optional add-ins like feta and toasted nuts round out the flavor and texture. A refreshing, protein-packed summer meal ready in under 30 minutes!

We also now carry Farm Stapels milk — a great local addition to your fridge.
And don’t forget to check out Potters Organic Crackers and our Silver Moon Springs smoked trout and smoked salmon — both customer favorites!

Our Recipe of the Week is Asian Grilled Flank Steak! This dish features lean flank steak soaked in a vibrant Asian-style marinade—think soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, sesame oil, fresh ginger, garlic, and a hint of chili—that infuses the meat with savory-sweet flavor and helps tenderize it. Grill over high heat for about 10–15 minutes until juicy with a slight char. Serve thinly sliced against the grain for maximum tenderness and enjoy a flavorful, weeknight-worthy main!
