Itโ€™s been a long week, come by the Pleasant Hill Farmers Market and treat yourself to a pastry from . ๐Ÿฅ Then take some time to enjoy your market finds in the grassy area right in front of City Hall. We even have picnic blankets available to borrow at the INFO booth.

G&S just popped up at the Pleasant Hill Farmers Market this morning with their famous seasonal corn! ๐ŸŒฝ

G&S Farms
Emilio Ghiggeri started sweet corn farming in Brentwood, CA back in the 1940s, when the area was all about lettuce and apricots. Fast forward to the 1980s, G&S Farms became famous for its sweet corn, especially their ๐ŸŒฝ Brentwood Diamonds ๐ŸŒฝ, which G&S was the first to grow in the โ€˜90s. Today they grow and hand-harvest 10-12 different varieties - white, yellow & bicolor corn.

You can eat it raw, boil, roast, grill it, chop it, whatever way, summer tastes better with G&S corn. ๐ŸŒฝ
