Keehn On Eggs and Sweet Treats Located in Plattsmouth, NE we are a woman owned cottage bakery that specializes in specialty cookies.

We also offer cookie sandwiches, oatmeal cream pies, and other baked goods. We also sell chicken eggs, duck eggs, goose eggs, and turkey eggs.

Good morning!
Wes is down at the Plattsmouth Community Market until 12pm today in spot B21.
He’s already sold the duck eggs he brought this week and is limited on chicken eggs. We will have a better supply next week, we forgot to order more egg cartons 🫠 (it’s been a rough week.)
He does have lots of sweets though (there are now PB s’mores up there, too.)

I will NOT personally be there as I have been at the emergency vet with one of our Great Danes, Jasmine (last photo) for most of the early morning hours. She’d been having difficulties breathing and our regular vet didn’t have many answers Thursday and things progressed to point of major concern. Anyways, she is 8 years old and has been diagnosed with heart disease/heart failure. We’ve now got a game plan of medication on board, but we felt one of us should stay home and keep an eye on her today.

The chickens say that as long as the weather is nice this Saturday, you should come visit at the Plattsmouth Community Market from 8am-12pm.
** The chickens will NOT be in attendance, but we will have their eggs with us 😆 (along with duck eggs)
** Only 2 more weekends to get our current sweet treats menu before we move into new flavors for July!

Now that my “dead” turkey probably has your attention (no she’s not really dead, she was sun bathing) 😂 I just wanted to update everyone.
Wes will unfortunately NOT be at Plattsmouth Community Market tomorrow as he has found out he will be working (he has a very unpredictable work schedule.)
However, I WILL still be at The Relic Refinery tomorrow from 10am-4pm for our Dad’s and Grads event. I really hope to see you all. ❤️
** I will have the menu we had last time Wes was there for Steampunk.
** I will only have chicken and duck eggs with me (as the turkeys are currently being free loaders.)

I (Becky) will be at The Relic Refinery on Saturday (June 13th) for Dad’s and Grads from 10am-4pm.
Wes is planning to be at Plattsmouth Community Market Saturday from 8am-12pm. Please note: this is pending if he works Saturday (we should have an update on this tomorrow) and depending on weather.

I want to take a moment to thank everyone who showed your love and support for us today! You have absolutely no idea how much it means to us ❤️
For the SECOND week in a row, we sold out of The Brass Garden S’mores (banana and white chocolate.)
On top of that, we sold out of the original s’mores, the peanut butter s’mores, the caramel s’mores, the stuffed Dubai chocolate cookie, AND our oatmeal cream pies! 😳 Since beginning the cookie baking journey 2 years ago, this is a first for us and really makes us even more proud of the work we’ve been putting in.
Next week (June 13th) you will find me at The Relic Refinery for Dad’s and Grads from 10am-4pm.
As long as my husband, Wes, is not working Saturday, he will be at the Plattsmouth Community Market from 8am-12pm.
We will both have cookies and eggs with us. This will be a trial run as we’ve never tackled 2 events in the same day, so please bear with us until we get into a groove!
Looking forward to seeing everyone again next week!

Opening weekend at Plattsmouth Community Market!
We will have a spot this year at the NEW location!
2400 8th Ave. in Plattsmouth from 8am-12pm

The following weekend, June 13th, you will find me (Becky) at The Relic Refinery from 10am-4pm and my husband (Wes) will be at the community market 8am-12pm. I believe he will join me once he wraps up at market 🙂

- When we operate in both spaces, we will both have eggs and sweet treats.
- Our menu will change monthly so if you enjoyed some of the options you encountered this last Saturday at Steampunk at The Relic Refinery you’ll have more chances during June to get more of these amazing flavors!

I also want to take a moment to thank you all so much for the support. It’s hard to believe that just 2 years ago I started this page with the intent of only selling eggs and now I’m living a dream of baking for so many of you ❤️
