NO ONE, and I mean NO ONE, is better than anyone else, and my heart is sad for those who think they are. No matter how big your house is, how new your car is, or how much money sits in your bank account - we all bleed red and will eventually fade from this earth. Death has no discrimination, and neither should your life.
Be kind to others. We are all here to serve. Stop the power tripping. Your oversized ego won’t get you anywhere.
Be humble and keep the faith going.
Very few will read this far, but if you’re genuine, I challenge you to copy. Most won’t because they’re the type of people I’m talking about.

This is the last call for sweet corn for this season. If you want or need corn to put up or eat fresh message me here or call me @ 8062922919. I will pick up corn in the morning and will get what has been ordered and have it at the barn after lunch. Will have fresh cukes, squash, 3 types, and corn. Next week I hope we have peppers, some hot some sweet, okra, cukes, and tomatoes. I am picking up, what we need, a couple of times a week from my garden buddy in Plainview so if you would like to have something to eat now or to put up, I need you to let me know what you need. I am helping him move produce that he has grown, and he is helping me out by letting me uy his stuff. I do not have this going as a way to make anything off of it, I simply charge you what it cost me to get it.

I have all the tomatoes sold and all but maybe 75 ears of corn. No squash, peppers or cucumbers left. If you want corn this is the last chance today. I can get more tomorrow if anyone needs 100 ears or more. Then the corn I believe will be done for the year.

I am not going to have peas this year. I am not sure completely, what happened or why it didn't happen but Jim Todd has black eye peas and has several bushels picked and ready for a home. They are $65 a bushel. Glad I have lots of peas in the freezer.

Tomorrow I will have sweet corn available after lunch. Maybe some tomatoes, peppers and squash also. You may want to call me if you are in need of tomatoes or corn to put up. They will go quickly as I have about 110 lbs.of tomatoes already promised and. About 450 ears of corn sold. So even you have already told me you want a few ears to eat on or you plan on 50 or 60 ears to put up, please take a moment to remind me.

I am using fresh produce from my famer markets buddy, Jim Todd. He has much the same habits with his garden as Clay and I. This week he has corn, tomatoes (these may all be sold), cucumbers, squash (green and yellow zucchini and straight neck yellow), black-eyed peas, and possibly some bell and jalapeno peppers.

The tomatoes are $3/lb.
Black eyed peas are $65/bushel.
No that is not an error it is what people are getting for peas. I am picking things up from him and bringing them here to Olton. I am not making anything on the produce you buy from me. We did not have very good luck with our garden again this year. So this is what I can do for my customers. Thank you all for understanding.

Market is open today until 5pm. The rain is messing with harvest, but we are here, and will have more peas and okra as soon as we can get to them again. So thankful for the rain, even though it slows us down a little. Friday night, Saturday and Saturday night we got 5.5 inches, I poured out of the rain gauge. Yesterday and last night I am not sure what we got, I forgot to check the rain gauge. Will check tonight. Thank you Lord for the rain. We needed it.

We are open today with 4 varieties of squash, 4 varieties of onions, and many other things. Next week we are looking forward to peaches, peas, and MAYBE some sweet corn. Hopefully cucumbers will also be on the list. The garden is just slow and dry this year. It is so hard to stay ahead of the water situation and try to keep things growing. But I haven't given up yet. Come by and say hi and check out what is available. We do have Wild Sandhill plum jelly and syrup available while supplies last.

Right now we have squash, 4 varieties, onions, potatoes and we are hoping for okra, peas, and corn soon. Maybe some watermelons also. Should have peaches next week. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and most afternoons I am open, but due to some family medical issues I have been closed about half of the time. Maybe that is getting better now.
