In 1902, Augustino, Salvatore and Michael Sunseri formed the company that is now known as the Pennsylvania Macaroni Company. It was not easy. It never is. They started out by manufacturing pasta. Now, Pennsylvania Macaroni Company is known as one of the premiere specialty food operations in the country! We stock over 5,000 specialty products and sell over 200,000 pounds of cheese each week!!

Our cheese counter just welcomed some incredible Italian specialties, each with its own unique character. 🇮🇹

From delicate, hand-braided mozzarella and burrata with its rich, creamy center to smoky provolone, traditional ricotta di bufala made from water buffalo whey, and stracciatella, made from hand-pulled mozzarella shreds soaked in fresh cream. 🐄
