Led by founder Amanda Newman, this disabled woman-owned business combines 4 generations of canning and jam making practices with blended Sephardi-Welsh inspired flavors. They produce right here in their commercial kitchen in Philadelphia, and engage in sustainable procurement, production, and packaging from start to finish. They make tomato sauces, jams & jellies, pickled vegetables, infused vinegars & shrubs, spreads, pestos, and seasoning blends. From farm to jar, captures seasonal local produce in jars so their customers can enjoy the flavors all year round. Every flavor tells a story, what will your be?
