Summer 2026, here we come!
Memorial Day may have been a bit dreary but we are happy to say that we made the best of it. Thank you so much to everyone who came out to celebrate our anniversary with us. You all are the reason that we have been able to continue to keep this dream alive. So thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
And now we look ahead to warm weather, sunshine and the world stage. Philly's schedule this summer is jam packed. As a small business, trying to navigate the celebratory events in the city along with the unpleasant current events, we really have no idea what to expect. On one hand we are potentially looking at a record number of visitors but then everyone is saying that hotels remain underbooked. We really hope that all these events are fun for everyone and highlight Philly's food, beverage and general greatness. We are being optimistic and preparing for an influx of people looking to eat around town but also being cautious not to over prep. With that being said, if things get super busy, we will try our best to keep up but we may have days where we run out of a few things. So just remember Thursdays are always the best day to shop!
July reservations now available!
Don't forget we are serving dinner

We are really excited about all the produce coming our way right now. Also some of you may not know but we hired a sous chef! His name is Joe and he's spent the last couple years cooking in Italy. Before that, he spent some time in the kitchen at Vetri along with our friend, Ari Miller's former restaurant, Musi. Joe is a great addition to the team with a solid background in Italian flavors & techniques while maintaining our all local and "no waste" kitchen. We are happy to have him. We hope that you'll join us and check out all the hardwork that Joe and Pat have been putting into the dishes lately.
Now offering aperitivo 4 nights a week!
Thursday through Sunday from 4pm til 7pm. Sit outside and enjoy some snacks and drinks. Menu consists of pizza, meat boards, amongst other rotating items. Punk Rock Wine by the glass or carafe. Try our seasonal mint spritz.
Sunday Sugo every Sunday!
This past week's sugo was killer! We always start with our antipasto, which consisted of our mixed pickles, fried meatballs, spring frittata amongst others. Then we sent out our house milled & extruded linguine in slow braised red sauce, followed by a beautiful plate of meats. We had pork ribs, our rustic sausage and a beautiful crispy skinned porchetta. The menu changes every week but you can always count on an antipasto platter, housemade pasta with slow cooked red sauce & three meats along with a salad and dessert!
We got the wine! At the shop, for dinner & aperitivo, and now at the farmer's market!
Wanna taste some of our wine? We currently have 3 wines released and ready to pour. We also have a couple things on tap that you can enjoy by the glass or take a freshly filled bottle home. And now we are bringing the wine to both Rittenhouse and Headhouse farmer's market. See you there!
Thank you, we can’t wait to see you again,
