Great News! Vendor Applications for the 2026 Farmers Market Season are now available! This season will start on June 3rd and go until September 30th, from 3pm to 6pm each Wednesday.

We are exploring the possibility of extending the fall season into October - please let us know if you would be interested.

If you know of any folks who are looking to broaden their business selling local produce, goods, or handmade items, please refer them to the link! The sooner we can get your paperwork processed, the better we can focus on the other important details the closer we get to market season :)

INCENTIVES FOR VENDORS:

Early Bird Discount: Vendors who submit a completed application form, including all necessary documentation, with full payment by April 20, 2026 will receive a $25 early bird discount.

Referral Award: If a new vendor reports that an established vendor referred them to the Pewaukee Farmers Market, market management will provide the referring vendor with a referral award. The new vendor must list the referring vendor on their application (on the line labeled “Referral”). The referral of a new daily vendor will be rewarded by a $20 reimbursement of referring vendor’s fees, and the referral of a new seasonal vendor will be rewarded with a $50 reimbursement of referring vendor’s fees.

For those new to our market, we are located at Galilee Lutheran Church in Pewaukee, Wisconsin during the summer months. Even though it's still the middle of winter right now, the market will be here before we know it. Plenty to do before then!

Due to the snowstorm last weekend, Galilee Lutheran - Pewaukee located at N24W26430 Crestview Drive has added a Community Donation Drop-off Day tomorrow (Saturday, Dec 6) from 8am-1pm. Gently used (and new) winter clothing, coats, hats, mittens, scarves and blankets will be distributed via Hope Center Inc. and The Women's Center to help keep our neighbors warm this holiday season. A perfect time to clean out your closets and help those in need!

We are also collecting non-perishable food items for Pewaukee Food Pantry!

Pewaukee Farmers Market is officially done for the 2025 season!

Our thanks to all of the vendors for participating - we know it was a bit rocky at times with not so great weather - we're hoping for sunnier skies next year!

And many thanks to our market shoppers for stopping by each week! We can't do this without you! Stay tuned for next spring as we gear up for a few positive changes to our market.

We are grateful and blessed for this community!

**FEMA Disaster Survivor Assistance. DSA cadre will be on site to provide details for applications for compensation related to property damage from the August 2025 flooding in Waukesha and Milwaukee counties.**

Just 3 weeks left for this season!

The kids tent will have coloring activities along with an art project of their choice.

The Women's Club of Pewaukee will have a booth this week. Their motto is "Unity in Diversity - Living the Volunteer Spirit". Their mission is for community improvement and enrichment, to strive for healthy family relationships, and to provide its members with opportunities for education, culture, followship, and service. They have been awarded the Pewaukee Nonprofit of the year in 2012 and in 2019. Stop by and see what they're working on for the local community!

There's still lots to choose from this week - We have lots of beautiful bouquets and fresh vegetables from our produce vendors. Look for Fall items - they might have what you need!
