Our Home Grown Dehydrated Shallots are now available!

☑️ These are a shelf-stable pantry staple with a sweet, mild onion and garlic-like flavor.

☑️ Use about 1/2 to 1/3 the amount of dried shallots compared to fresh shallots, as the drying process concentrates the flavor.

☑️ You can toss them directly into soups, stews, chili, and simmering sauces where they will naturally rehydrate.

☑️ Want to rehydrate them? Soak them in warm water, w**e, or broth for 5 to 10 minutes.

☑️ You can also make shallot powder by crushing them between your fingers or running them through a spice grinder.
