Get to know Jean a little better:
How long have you been part of the Central Market team?
“I have been part of the Central Market team since Central Market took over. I was working in the deli before that when it was Dean’s.”
What is your role at the store?
“I am the Director of Health & Beauty, General Merch, and Natural Organic.”
What do you enjoy most about working at Central Market?
“Helping customers find the things they are looking for and meeting new people.”
What’s your favorite product in the store right now?
“All of the gluten-free items and all the flowers.”
What item or recommendation do you suggest most often in your department?
“Allergy meds and cold meds.”
What do you enjoy doing outside of work?
“Gardening and spending as much time as I can with my granddaughter Louetta (Lou).”
What’s your favorite food or meal?
“Seafood.”
Jean’s product knowledge, attention to detail, and commitment to helping customers, make her an invaluable part of our team. Whether she’s building seasonal displays, expanding our selection, assisting customers with questions, or supporting operations in both stores, Jean consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our shoppers have a great experience.
