Looking for a well rounded carpenter/ Jack of all trades. On a regular basis we could be doing a roof repair and then later in the day patching sheet rock. We do all phases of home renovation, rental house maintenance, framing, concrete repair,. Looking for someone that has transportation that is able to get to multiple jobsites if needed in one day . The applicant must be able to lift 40 pounds and also hand dig with a shovel. You must have your own assortment of handtools. We work for 10 hour days a week. You get Christmas and Thanksgiving paid off. When you work for us you also receive a week Paid vacation after being here for one year. I am not looking for any subcontractors.We are looking for employees.The period is weekly. We take taxes out NO 1099 here.
