We do not claim that our cheesecakes are New York Style cheesecakes. These are OUR style cheesecakes. Creamy, delicious mini cheesecakes on a cookie crust. While we know that we can't please ALL of the people all of the time, with 300+ different flavors in our repertoire, we still do our very best to try to please MOST of the people all of the time! Determined enough to try to please most? Crazy, we know, but we can’t claim to be using our mad scientist skills if we don’t own up to a little bit of crazy.
