DAILY MINI CHEESECAKE FLAVORS:
• Oh My Ganache: Our chocolate cheesecake! Chocolate cheesecake on a chocolate crust topped with a zigzag of our chocolate ganache and sprinkled with mini chocolate chips.
• Turtle: A creamy vanilla cheesecake filled and topped with our caramel, our ganache and Renfroe pecans.
• Peanut Butter: Creamy peanut butter cheesecake topped off with a rosette of our whipped cream and sprinkled with mini peanut butter chips.
• Traditional: Vanilla cheesecake topped with freshly whipped cream.
• (SOLD OUT for today) Traditional with Strawberry: Our traditional cheesecake filled and swirled with strawberry puree created right here in our kitchen.
• Traditional with Blueberry: Our traditional cheesecake filled and swirled with blueberry puree created right here in our kitchen.
• Traditional with Cherry: Our traditional cheesecake filled and swirled with cherry puree we made right here for you in our kitchen.
• Bushwacker (small amount of alcohol): A Pensacola Classic! Chocolate cream cheesecake mixed with spied rum, coffee liqueur and cream of coconut then topped with a rosette of our chocolate whipped cream.
• (SOLD OUT for today) Key Lime: Where sweet and tart make the perfect creamy cheesecake with real key lime juice and topped with our kitchen's freshly whipped cream.
• Cookies and Cream: Vanilla cheesecake stuffed to the limits with Oreo cookies, topped with whipped cream, sprinkled with crumbled cookies and crowned with a piece of the cookie itself!
• (SOLD OUT) Red Velvet cheesecake filled with Biscoff cookie butter and topped with a Biscoff buttercream sprinkled with even more pieces of Biscoff cookie crumbles.Red Velvet: A customer favorite! Creamy cheesecake with a piece of our red velvet cake tucked inside and topped with cream cheese icing.
We do not claim that our cheesecakes are New York Style cheesecakes. These are OUR style cheesecakes. Creamy, delicious mini cheesecakes on a cookie crust. While we know that we can't please ALL of the people all of the time, with 300+ different flavors in our repertoire, we still do our very best to try to please MOST of the people all of the time! Determined enough to try to please most? Crazy, we know, but we can’t claim to be using our mad scientist skills if we don’t own up to a little bit of crazy.
We like to keep things simple. There’s no need to guess. Each mini cheesecake is labeled on the bottom with its flavor.
SPECIALTY MINI CHEESECAKE FLAVORS:.
• Mango: Mango cheesecake with a layer of mango puree and topped with freshly whipped cream..
• German Chocolate: Chocolate coconut cheesecake filled with pecans and topped off with German chocolate topping.
• Blueberry Cream: Blueberry cheesecake filled with a layer of our blueberry puree and topped with freshly whipped cream sprinkled with wild blueberry sugar.
• Biscoff: Biscoff cheesecake filled with Biscoff cookie butter and topped with a Biscoff buttercream sprinkled with even more pieces of Biscoff cookie crumbles.
• (SOLD OUT) Keto/Gluten Free (specialty dietary option: +.75): Smooth and creamy vanilla cheesecake sweetened with Monk Fruit on an almond crust.
CAKE SLICES AND PIE:
Our cakes are baked fresh on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. As slices are offered in limited quantities, some flavors may sell out before the next bake day.
• (SOLD OUT) Carrot Cake Slice ($6.25): Super moist carrot cake (our carrot cake has coconut) frosted with cream cheese icing then bordered and topped with our kitchen's candied pecan crumbles.
• Red Velvet Cake Slice ($6.25): Fluffy red velvet cake layered and blanketed with cream cheese icing.
• (SOLD OUT) Murder by Chocolate Cake Slice ($6.25): Decadent chocolate cake layered with chocolate cream cheese icing and our kitchen's chocolate ganache then slathered with more chocolate cream cheese icing, drizzled with even more ganache, and bordered with mini chocolate chips.
• Apricot Brandy Pound Cake Slice ($5.75): A classic, buttery pound cake gently infused with apricot brandy, baked to a golden crust with a tender, comforting crumb and a warm, old-fashioned flavor.
COOKIES:
These cookies are baked fresh daily but are limited quantities. Some flavors may sell out before the next day's bake.
• (SOLD OUT) Of Course Chocolate Chip Cookies! (2 for $1.75): Two golden-brown cookies, slightly crisp around the edges but soft and gooey in the center, studded with generous morsels of rich, semi-sweet chocolate.
• (SOLD OUT) Cowboy Cookies (2 for $2.25): Packed with flavor, our Cowboy Cookies are a rustic classic with a twist! Each cookie is loaded with rolled oats, rich chocolate chips, sweet coconut flakes, and crunchy pecans creating the perfect bite every time. Baked fresh and made with real ingredients, these cookies are big, bold, and satisfying.
OTHER GOODIES:
• Peanut Butter Scotch Blondie ($3.50): Our blondie filled with peanut butter, chocolate and butterscotch chips then spread with peanut butter scotch and a chocolate peanut butter scotch topping.
• S'mores Cookie Bar ($3.00): Graham cracker brown sugar cookie layered with marshmallow creme and chocolate chips. A melty, gooey, sticky delicious treat!
• Rugelach Cookies ($3.00): Buttery pastry cookies rolled with sweet, spiced praline pecans and dusted with powdered sugar.
• Banana Pudding ($4.50): Creamy pudding chock full of bananas, vanilla wafers and vanilla cake then topped with fresh whipped cream sprinkled with crumbles of wafers.
