Hey all…Giving it a go again today because what else are we going to do, stay home and watch football??? Nah, that’s what normal people do and apparently we’re not normal…And we know there’s enough of you folks that are crazy enough to come out and get stuff to make it kinda worth it…Limited selection of produce just like yesterday… 🌽🍅🍆🥒🫑🍎

Maybe we’ll see ya later!!! 👋🏻👋🏻👋🏻

Edit: Today’s Nor’Easter special, heirloom tomatoes at the “seconds” price…Why you ask??? Because they’re ugly and I hate ‘em…Probably the last you’ll see of them for the season after this storm…

09/26/2026

Due to the Nor’easter we will be open but cannot have the tents open. Because of the limited space we will not have as much product out. In addition we will most likely close sometime mid afternoon. We will keep you updated as to whether we will open tomorrow, Sunday. Thanks!!!

From fresh produce under the tent to rows of gorgeous mums and our pumpkin house, fall has officially arrived at Kerr’s Corn Stand! 🌾🎃✨ Come take the tour and grab your seasonal favorites before they’re gone! 🍂

Happy Fall y’all!!! 🍁 🎃 🍂

Just a few things…First, sweet corn…It should still be available well into October barring a killing frost…We also still have corn available by the bag for freezing, so there’s still time and what better time then this coming weekend!!! We’ve been getting some feedback that what we’re picking now is getting BOTS votes…The current forecast for the next few days doesn’t look like you’ll be doing anything outside, so order a sack and “Git-R-Done!!!”

Which brings us to the weekend…We’ll be monitoring the forecast closely, but from what’s coming across the wire there’s a chance that we may not be open on Saturday…So that means do your stocking up today and tomorrow…

That’s all I got for now…Keep your eyes to the skies folks!!! 🌧️ 🌬️ ☔️

Kerr’s still has corn and we will until the first frost 🥶…. So come on by and grab some before Mother Nature decides it’s over.🌽

SAUCE TIME, people!!! If you are one who likes to stock your freezer with tomato sauce to get you through the winter, this is THE week to do it…We’ll have baskets and boxes available at the stand all week or by request, whatever suits your fancy…

Get out the tools folks and get to work!!!

And now a word on the “littles”…Also known as cherry and grape tomatoes 🍒 🍅…

Those small buggers are delicious we know, but they’re also a b**ch to harvest which is why you don’t see them at the stand consistently…But thanks to a back door cold front and the urgency to get y’all something before the next round of rains puts a bigger dent in field supply, we picked as much as we could… 🙌

But here’s the skinny…If you want these for any of your holiday gatherings, we urge you to get them tomorrow or Friday…No promises there will be any for Saturday or Sunday due to having no time for that tedious task…

Heed the warning and act accordingly… 👋🏻
