House smoked beef bacon available this week in the specialty case! Beef bacon comes from the belly of a cow, just like pork bacon comes from the belly of a pig. We use the same process of curing and smoking to get that perfect balance of slightly sweet and savory smoked beef flavor. This product is a great alternative for those who have pork sensitivities.
