๐ฝ This is what Foraged & Farm to Table meals look like when you stay at our Bed + Breakfast, ๐ primitive campsites; experience a Retreat, workshop, or event.
Inspired from staying at and visiting locally owned Farm to Table Eco Resorts with cob homes, Castles, B+B's, Treehouses, Agriturismos, Villas, etc. growing the food served on-site and nearby farms in over 25 countries (along with stateside); I built a business around seasonal and hyper-local food. From local farms ๐, neighbors, and the woodland gardens we now steward... the meals are seasonal, fresh, and quirky.

the woodland we now steward, a neighbors dairy milk, eggs & Apple Cider Vinegar from another neighbor , a friends backyard cow, canned ๐
tomatoes from the garden at our last farm, and the temporary Gardens built in what will be our medicinal Herbal ๐ฟ gardens we continue the method for the Kitchen + Education gardens.
Honorable mention ๐ฌ to inspiring fried Morels + Ramp Dip the other day and deeeeep database (and book) of foraged recipes.
