If you recently had large order of summer sausage or jerky, we are catching up on orders. The casings for sausage, and some other supplies were delayed. Should have it all done by Monday, since we made 240lbs of summer sausage last night and will smoke it today and tomorrow 😜

We are back on track and have cooler space! And freezer space! Thanks so much to those who picked up their meat within one day of a phone call! We made it through over 30 elk , deer, and antelope since Sunday. 😜.

Better call or text before heading over. Cooler is currently full, walk in freezer is full, we cut 6 elk today so all the uprights are currently full. Remember to pick your wild game up within 3 days of notification it’s done

It’s October, freezer fees are now in full effect. We hold it for 3 days, then charge 10/box/day.

Public service announcement

We have to much to do, and not enough staff. There will also be a list of clients to accept game from, if you are not on the list, you will have to find a different processor.

Monday September 21 the Pavillion area will have no power. We will be closed this day until the power is restored.

The cooler is on! We are taking wild game by appointment. Regular hours will start September 20th. 9 am-8pm. Last check-in time will be 7 pm. CLOSED Wednesdays and holidays.

Anyone needing a part time job this fall? We are looking for a couple extra people to work September through January. Flexible hours. Don’t need experience just a good work ethic! We are in need of people to help skin, cut, clean, package and grind wild game. Pay starts at 12/hr goes up from there. Please call or text if you or someone you know, is looking for part time work.

We will be open until middle of January, then closed until next season. Exact day will depend on how many elk we get in this week and next.
