As we get ready to welcome Chef of and of to Agnes on Monday, June 8, we’re taking a moment to look back at the friendships and experiences that helped shape the journey.
“[Thomas] met Andrew shortly after moving to Chicago and was immediately drawn to his lack of ego and genuine approach to cooking. As they worked together at Lula Cafe, Andrew helped teach him how to cook with integrity and confidence, often reminding the team, ‘Look good, feel good, cook good.’ As Thomas moved to the Bay Area and Andrew continued his journey at Lula, he watched from afar as Andrew rose through the ranks to become Executive Chef. The two have remained friends and colleagues ever since.”
