Did you know a brisket starts out on the bone?! The breast bone and rib gets deboned to make that traditional brisket we all love. But, when a customer doesnā€™t want the brisket back and wants it in the trim to be ground up it should be against the law! šŸ¤£ only joking, thatā€™s why custom is so great. Pick and choose what you want back from your animal. The pro side to having your brisket ground up is that it will make excellent burger! Not gonna lie tho, thatā€™s how I feel while cutting up a big beautiful brisket like this one šŸ„ŗšŸ˜­
