Our homemade Canadian bacon is made from center cut pork loins that are cured and smoked right here at State Meats. No casing, just solid cuts of pork loin with a rich smoky flavor and leaner bite than traditional bacon. We’ll slice it to your request right at the counter.

Perfect for breakfast sandwiches, Eggs Benedict, pizza, pasta dishes, wraps, charcuterie boards, or straight from the frying pan.

BIG NEWS, today is officially our first day live on Uber Eats!

As of right now, Uber Eats will be available for our prepared foods and kitchen items, so if you’re stuck at work, don’t feel like cooking, or just need lunch delivered to your door… give us a try!

Made right here in-house with coarse ground pork, fresh cracked fennel, and classic Italian seasonings. It’s mild, not spicy, and has a different flavor than our kielbasa. Less garlic and more of that traditional Italian profile.

All natural casing, sold fresh in our freezer section.
