🍖🔥 Parker people… these Fitch Ranch Artisan Meats cuts that just landed at the LOCAL are straight-up RIDICULOUSLY good looking.

We’re talking gorgeous, thick, perfectly marbled New York Strips and Ribeyes that had the entire team drooling the second we unpacked them.
So of course we did what any responsible meat nerd would do… we snatched a couple and ran them straight to the LOCAL test kitchen for an emergency cook-off.

Spoiler alert: the sear was criminal, the flavor was unreal, and there may have been zero leftovers. 😅

Got to spend some time at Croft Family Farm yesterday to visit with Steve Croft and some of their happy laying hens. We had a great conversation with Steve not only about what goes into raising their hens but the passion that goes into the rest of the farm. This family is committed to the process and that everything that comes off their farm is the freshest, most nutritionally dense, and superior product out there!

Right now in store we have their pullet eggs, which are eggs from newly laying young hens. They are small in size but packed in flavor and nutrition!
