Fresh in store! Along with all the other fresh meats we get from Fitch Ranch, we just added sliced deli meats! Sliced fresh and made with local meats! Yum!

Got to spend some time at Croft Family Farm yesterday to visit with Steve Croft and some of their happy laying hens. We had a great conversation with Steve not only about what goes into raising their hens but the passion that goes into the rest of the farm. This family is committed to the process and that everything that comes off their farm is the freshest, most nutritionally dense, and superior product out there!

Right now in store we have their pullet eggs, which are eggs from newly laying young hens. They are small in size but packed in flavor and nutrition!
