We apologize for the lack of retail at the moment. We are trying to catch up with the overwhelming processing needs. We have some retail available in the freezer and are planning on bringing you the beef and pork patties for the summer.
We are under new management and are trying to improve things drastically. It may take a little time but we are committed. Thank you so much for your business and we will let you know when we have full retail available again.
In the meantime We have half/full hogs available for sale at $2.50/lb which includes all processing.
Beef is $5.50/lb for a full, half or quarter of a beef. Which includes all processing.

Holy Cannoli! Why are we chargIng only $5.50/pound for a beef including processing?! we're cray cray.
