If you are looking for a locally sourced Turkey for Thanksgiving, grown the way turkeys were meant to grow, contact Orgin Estate. They are a local small scale, regenerative farm that participates in our Azure Drop.

Our turkeys move to fresh pasture every day and eat locally grown grain, milled fresh. They are air-chilled, with no chlorine washes and no injected broth or brine.

I was looking through my October Azure order and adding holiday baking items before they sell out. What is your favorite Azure baking item? I am pretty fond of the Azure chocolate chips, but Rumiano butter is a necessity!
