For those who LOVE hot stuff, we have a new burger to introduce today. It has been a while since we developed a new flavor. When Asadoras Argentinas Burgers gave us their recipe for their Habanero Bacon Jam, we knew what kind of burger we needed to make. Thank you, Asadoras!! We miss you!!
The result of our efforts is the Habanero Jammer!! Each team member here brave enough to try it, loved it!! Two of us even said it is the new favorite burger.
We included my favorite sauce from Gindo's Spice of Life - Honey Habanero, along with finely chopped habaneros, habanero jack cheese, and our steak seasoning.
The heat sneaks up on you. Not too hot for first few bites, but by the time you finish, a very nice mouth and lip burn.
Also, we did receive some Copper River King Salmon. Our son and I had some and LOVED it. He described it as buttery crab tasting. It was soooo good!! I prepared mine with the skin on and ate that as well. Very nutritious. It is expensive right now ($89.99/lb), but last year I wasn't able to get any. The Copper River season is short and so is supply. We have the rest packaged and frozen in individual portions in the black freezer.
We have continued to sell out of the breaded pork tenderloins ever since we posted about them. We made more yesterday.
