A little ranch blood, a little running blood, and a whole lot of potential. 🤠🐴

Second ride in the books for Midnight Ice Frost, better known as Penny!

Our 2-year-old American Quarter Horse filly carries Hancock breeding on her sire’s side, with Sun Frost, Fire Water Flit, and Doc Bar bloodlines on her dam’s side.

We’ve taken our time bringing this girl along, and she’s making it look pretty easy. With Lace helping along the way and Karma showing her the ropes, Penny has been cool, quiet, and willing to give this riding business a try.

She’s still pretty convinced Karma knows the way better than she does. 😂

No hurry to make a finished horse. We’re just enjoying watching this one come together. ❤️

When it’s picture day and your mother tells you to smile nice for the camera. 😂🐐

Nailed it, Avery. Absolutely nailed it. 🤣

🐴 Deep bedding. Cozy barns. Happy animals. ❄️

The colder months are rolling in, and we’re making sure our four-legged (and two-legged) residents have plenty of fresh bedding.

Want the same for yours?

Rocky continues to prove that self-preservation is not one of his strong suits. 😂

This time he overdid it and landed himself at the vet with a neck injury. Pain meds, muscle relaxers, and strict orders to take it easy.

On the bright side, at least this time it wasn’t a tango with a porcupine. 🦔🐾

When you’re built like a horse but identify as a golden retriever. 😂🐴

10/21/2026

A little fall sunshine, a whole lot of personality, and the usual farm shenanigans. 🍂🐐🐴

Life at L&L Farm is anything but boring.

Nothing like a fair weekend!🎠🎟️🐴🐖

Somewhere between chasing chickens and hanging out with the goats, Lacy decided to do a little writing. 😂

Who needs a desk when you’ve got a notebook, some sunshine, and a bunch of nosy farm animals?

Just another day at L&L Farm! 🐐🐓❤️
