If you need a space to sell your spring clean out items and want good visibility and traffic, the Orford market is hosting a community market day May 30th on the town common!
Market vendors and food trucks will be there. Just comment on the post, send a fb message or email to Orford Open Air Market for a quick sign up link. $20 for a space, 10am-1pm. Anyone local or in the surrounding Orford area is welcome. Tent or table set ups!

This is a for-sale event (no bartering or free piles). We’re keeping it intentional and elevated—please bring only items worth rehoming.

Event Guidelines:
– No “free piles” or leaving items on the common
– All spaces must be fully cleared at the end of the event
– Unsold items must be taken with you.

🌞🌿✨ Orford… can you feel it? Market season is calling. ✨🌿🌞
The Orford Open Air Market is stepping into our FOURTH dreamy season on the Common — and this year feels extra magical already.

This little market of ours has become a gathering place…
barefoot kids running on the grass, neighbors lingering a little longer, music floating through the trees, handmade goods passed from heart to hand. 🤍

🌻 We’re looking for vendors
Growers, gatherers, bakers, artists, herbalists, candle pourers, sourdough makers, vintage lovers — if you create with intention, we’d love to welcome you into our circle.

🌼 Our Youth Vendors are BACK
Young dreamers with big ideas, setting up their tables and learning the beauty of small business. Truly one of the sweetest parts of our market.

🌿 New this year: Community Booths
Are you part of a nonprofit or community program? Come share your mission. Let’s make space for connection, awareness, and the good work happening all around us.

🎶 And because markets should feel alive…
• Select vendors will be offering hands-on demos throughout the season
• Our musician is inviting fellow local musicians to join in for relaxed, soulful jam sessions

It’s less “event” … more gathering.
Less rush … more rhythm.

Happy Spring! 🐣💖

Our little farm is growing! Our flock will now have all colors and sizes of eggs. White, brown, green, and blue, ranging from medium to extra large. These girls are all prolific layers so we’re excited to see how many egg cartons we can fill this year for you!

✨🎄 SO CLOSE!! … A self serve, grab & go, roadside farmstand right in Orfordville! I cant wait to stock it full of fresh, ready to go coffee, baked goods, and gifts for this holiday season!

Spring stock will begin May 2026 with vegetable starters & potted plants.

As we wrap up another year on the Orford Common, our hearts are so full. ✨
To our amazing vendors, our wonderful shoppers, and the whole Orford community — thank you for bringing your energy, creativity, and heart to the market each week.
A special shout-out to our drop-in vendors — we see you and we appreciate you! 💚
Even if you couldn’t make it every week, your booths added so much life, variety, and personality to the Common. You help keep the market fresh and full of surprises.
And to our youth vendors — what a joy it’s been watching you grow as young entrepreneurs! 🌻 Your creativity, courage, and excitement brought something truly special to this season.
Every market felt like a gathering of friends — with music drifting through the air, delicious food, handmade treasures, and that small-town magic that makes Orford so special.

We had a blast at the last market of the season! Pumpkin painting, costume parade, fire trucks, great food, the amazing team of vendors, and all the community members that came out to enjoy the day just made it all so special ❤️.
