I’m so glad one of my customers mentioned today that she was getting tomato’s for tomato gravy! TOMATO GRAVY!! How come I have never thought about making tomato gravy with fresh tomatoes?? Oh that was yummy!!

I worked all weekend making jalapeño salt and we sold out today! 😂 Opp loves some Jalapeño salt!! I will be cutting up peppers again tonight and making more. However my freeze dryer is full right now with tomatoes so it will be a few days before I can freeze dry these peppers! We have new flavors coming soon!! I just love you guys!! 🩷🌶️🧂

Harvest house is open. I have green baskets made up of tomatoes. Each basket is $6. I put equal amount of weight in each one. I have some rosemary salt and jalapeño salt available too. After 10 inches of rain last week, I’m not expecting a lot more in tomato production. The water is taking a toll on everything. I will be inside cutting up jalapeño for more salts!!

Happy Father’s Day to the best daddy ever! I’m the lucky girl who gets to visit with him every afternoon and I recognize just how lucky I am. I truly look forward to and cherish every single visit. I love you John W Courson, aka Daddy.

Harvest House is going to be closed this weekend. Between yall showing up every day during this rainy week, and the great turnout at the farmers market, I just don’t have anything else to sell!! I will pick veggies this weekend and make more artisanal salts. Harvesting honey next week. I should have the Harvest House open Monday at noon. Come see us then!

I made 50 bottles of jalapeño salt this week. I have 3 left. I’m so glad yall love it as much as I do! I will be processing jalapeños this afternoon to make more! We sold out of tomatoes today at market. I will have harvest house open Monday with more tomatoes. We will be at market a little longer. I still have flowers, jalapeños, rosemary salt and those three jalapeño salts.

Good morning, friends!

We’re set up at the Opp Farmers Market this morning and enjoying a welcome break from the rain.

We have fresh-picked produce harvested yesterday, including:
🍅 Slicing tomatoes
🍅 San Marzano tomatoes (perfect for sauce)
🍅 Cherry tomatoes
🌶️ Poblano peppers
🌶️ Jalapeño peppers
🫐 Fresh blueberries

I spent much of this rainy week catching up on our artisanal salts, so we also have:
🧂 Jalapeño Salt (you know this one goes fast!)
🧂 Rosemary Salt

And for those looking to brighten their weekend, we have a few wrapped flower bouquets available as well.
